My stay at this hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, and I appreciated the shared facilities being well-kept. However, I did find the walls a bit thin, which sometimes made for a noisy night. The access to thermal pools was a lovely bonus, and the location near the Maori village was perfect for exploring.

Our stay in the cabin was absolutely delightful! The room was even better than what we saw online, and we loved cooking in the kitchenette.
